Half of the Seasons Residence apartments have been contracted
Bucharest, June 2008 - The Gespi Investments developer and Colliers International, the exclusive sales agent, announce the contraction of half of the 180 apartments from the Seasons Residence project. Located at the first belvedere on the Poiana Brasov road and at just 3 km from Brasov, the compound has been on sale from March 2008 and has been a real success both for the people of Brasov, and for the mountain lovers from anyware.
Seasons Residence is developed in 3 phases, currently being on sale the first two phases that totalize 129 apartments. The delivery date for those is April 2010. The offer for the available units, 39 apartments from the second phase, is mainting diversified, containing from studios with garden to 3 bedrooms apartments with generous terraces.

The construction works has been started in March and advances without difficulties. The preparations for the buildings' foundation from the first phase have been finished, and this month it will be molded the foundation for the 4 building from the first phase of development.
The Seasons Residence compound contains 180 apartments in 8 buildings with a height regime S+DS+P+6/7/8/9/10E. The project is located at just 3 km from the Brasov center and at 10 km from Poiana Brasov, on Poiana Brasov road, thus offering a spectacular view of the city.
